What Payment Types Does Estemporanea Accept?
We accept payments by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard,Visa), by Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery. You can simply select the method you prefer in the payment page of the checkout.
How to Make a Bank Transfer Payment?
If you select to pay by Bank Transfer you will receive an email with all the details. You have 2 days to pay, otherwise we will proceed with the cancellation of the order. Once we receive your wire transfer payment, your order will be processed.
Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card?
The security of your payment details is a top priority for us. To ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Estemporanea uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the data you send us over the internet. All prices showed include VAT.

When Will I Be Charged For My Purchase?
Your credit/debit card account will be charged when your order is completed.
Prior to shipping your order, the amount authorised for the purchase will be reserved on your credit/debit card.

Please allow up to two business days from your order date to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time required for delivery.

Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except local holidays.

Please bear in mind that for your own security, there might be a verification of the payment card data before shipping your order. This normally requires less than 24 hours, but delivery times may be subject to delay by consequence.

How can I track My Order?
When we dispatch your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number link that you will be able to use on the courier website to check the status of your order at any time during the delivery process.
It can take up to 12 hours for the tracking number to be activated from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
How Do I Return An Item?
Making a return is easy and free of charge.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Etemporanea, you can return it and get a refund.

You can return an item up to 14 days after the product was delivered.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with the outsoles undamaged and it perfect conditions.

INFORMATION FOR RETURNS:

To complete the process we will need some information from you:

- Return Authorisation document (you can find it, in the original packaging)
- Name and Surname
- Pick up Address
- Valid Telephone Number
- Available time for pick up

2. Prepare the package for delivery:

- In the original packaging you will find a return authorisation label that has already been filled in. If you misplace your pre-paid return authorisation label we will send you a new one.

- Affix it to the packaging, making sure to cover the original label.
- try to fill the bag with paper to maintain its shape
- put it back into it’s original dust bag and box
- pack everything in the box and fill the empty space with paper

Returns Receipt Confirmation
When we receive your returned merchandise back to our warehouse, we will inspect the products to make sure they are in “as new” condition. You will receive an email that the return was received and a refund was made to the credit card or bank account you used to pay for your order within maximum 14 days.
